My 2022 Outlook & Personal Goals for Another Exciting Year of Life & Business

Happy 2022! As we dive into the new year, I’m taking this time to share some of my business and personal goals for 2022. I also want to share what I’m super jazzed about in the new year, in hopes that it will inspire you to make this your best year ever, too.

There’s so much I look forward to focusing on, achieving, and working through in this blank slate of a year. So without further ado, let’s dive in!

 

 

Simplifying Things In the New Year

2022 is going to be a more simplistic year for me and my business. It’s so easy to get lost in the “busy” of it all, but I’ve found that it provides me clarity to have simplicity. I want to get back to that this year.

Part of the reason for that is because I want to start a family in 2022, so that will demand cutting back business-wise. I also am working with a lot of clients I’ve previously worked with this year, which cuts back on the energy I need to expend on them at the beginning of the relationship, as I already know them so well. 

I’m so lucky to have a sense of openness and trust with these individuals so I can dive right into our work together, and it definitely makes it simpler that we are so well-acquainted. I’m really craving a more simplified business model this year, so that’s exactly what I’m giving myself!

 

 

Looking Forward to Live Events

Live events are another thing I’m so super jazzed about in 2022. I had a few incredible live events in 2021 that reminded me how passionate I am about them and how great they work for me and those I interact with. 

In 2022, I’ll be having a few separate events. The first will be an intensive retreat that lasts a few days, likely in Q3. I will also be doing some day events that serve as in-person workshops. I’m so excited about both of these things and I know that they’re going to provide value, inspiration, motivation, and amazing experiences for all involved.

A Focus on Creativity and Creation

Finally, I’m excited to have a focus on being more creative this year. I’m saving more space and time for that, which I’m incredibly pumped about. Creating brings me so much joy, and I’m looking forward to starting a TikTok as a passion project. This will be a personal account for content-like skits, singing, and all things super fun.  

I’m craving the ability to flex my creative muscles, so I can’t wait to allow myself more room for that in this new year!

 

 

My Goals for 2022

I have quite a few goals for 2022, and I’m sharing them with you here. First, I want to discuss some personal goals that I have on my mind:

• I want to start a family with my husband in 2022 and am so excited to eventually become a Mom!
• It’s also super important to me to spend as much time as possible with our family this year.
• I want to travel in 2022 and take some small trips.
• As mentioned above, creativity and the ability to create is something I’m seeking this year.
• As always, I want to keep up with my health in 2022.
• I also want to read more for pleasure this year, particularly more fiction books.
• Finally, I want to have fun and enjoy life this year!

 

Next up are some business goals:

• I don’t have a specific monetary number I’m going for in 2022, but I want to generally be able to afford my business and our lifestyle.
• I’d love to have 100 people enrolled in my Smart Online Success Academy in 2022. My absolute dream goal would be 200 people enrolled.
• I also plan to have 8 private coaching clients at a time this year.
• My goal is to conduct two VIP days a month.
• If these things work out as I have planned, this will be a $1 million year, which is awesome and so exciting!

 

Doing Great Work with Amazing People: The Bottom Line

2022 is going to be a year that I am way more concerned with meeting my personal goals than I have been in the past. I’m definitely looking for quality over quantity and simplicity in life and business. While I LOVE my work, I have come to realize that I love my time with my family and pursuing my personal passions even more than that.

My forever goal is to do great work, work with amazing people, save money, have fun, and keep living life in the way that I love. It feels so freeing and aligned to live this way. I am following my gut instincts in order to make this year a magical one, and I truly hope you do the same!
