The Different Steps I Took in My Latest Launch strategy to Guarantee Success
In this post, I’m sharing my reflections on my latest launch. I made a couple of changes to this launch and did new, exciting things that I haven’t done before. I’m talking about those new additions here.
It’s important to both reflect on your launches and evolve your business over time. I’m so proud that I do that with my business, and the changes I made to this launch are a great example of keeping up with the times and experimenting to see what resonates with my audience.
VIP Element to My Free Training
The first change I implemented was adding a VIP option into my free training. This was a paid option that cost just under $100 per person. For this live course – also known as a free training – the VIP addition allowed each person to buy into a Zoom call for five days.
After the free training, the additional Zoom meeting was a time for me to coach these individuals on what they learned in the training. It was the perfect opportunity for them to ask questions and for everyone to help each other learn.
The VIP attendees found this to be so valuable and it was also the perfect opportunity for me to pitch the entire program to the group at the end of the five days. I gave all the VIP subscribers early access to the full program, and the majority of them immediately signed up, showing how valuable this addition was for me.
This VIP add-on also helped me get to know these clients, which is useful. It was – all in all – a super fun thing to do for myself and for everyone who opted in to be a VIP!
Close Friend Instagram Training
The second new thing I tried this time around was doing a “close friend Instagram training.” This was specifically for my close friends list on Instagram, just as the name suggests. These people had to message me and ask to join my list and they tend to watch my story more, which set up the training for success.
The training focused on breaking down the top-performing posts on my account. I did this with five posts over five days. I included insights from each post that talked about their engagement, reach, and all things number-wise. It was also a chance for me to discuss the premise of the post – why did it matter?

Furthermore, I broke down why the post did so well and each caption. Finally, it was the perfect chance to explain to my close friend lists how they can apply the same tactic that each post embodied to their own offer and launches. It also was helpful to explain how to recreate the posts and their success on today’s Instagram – since the platform is constantly changing.
Not only did this training bring a lot of value to those who participated in it, but it also showcased my expertise in this area. Additionally, it provided me with the chance to talk about my launch in the messaging I used for this training.
This training didn’t take a huge amount of time to put together, but it took some preparation and planning. I planned out the posts the Sunday before and didn’t put a huge emphasis on how the stories looked or their aesthetic. I also made sure not to just talk to the camera the entire time during these stories to keep them fresh and engaging.
Always Evolve Your Launch: The Bottom Line
These changes have taught me that some simple changes can really freshen up your launches and open new doors to a successful launch. Both of these additions made a difference and helped in my conversion rate, and whatever creative changes and evolution you come up with can do the same for you.
