What is YOUR secret sauce?
What do you offer that makes you stand out from the rest?
In this post, I’ll be diving into all the ways you can uncover exactly what your secret sauce expertise is and how you can use it to identify what the next big idea for your business should be!
So many people ask how I was able to come up with The Unique Coaching Method. I created a step-by-step process that enabled me to build that successful program for my business and I can’t wait to share those steps with you! So keep reading to learn all about it.
One of the most effective ways you can attract soulmate clients is to get really clear on what you are an expert at.
When you get clear on your expertise you can make offerings that you are genuinely excited about for your business.
The best way to have long-term success for your business is to make sure the offers you create are based on a skill you feel confident in and something you can talk about extensively.
Make sure it’s not just about the money, you need to have a strong belief and passion about the programs you create.
When you get clear on what you are an expert at and what your zone of genius is you will quickly stand out in your industry.
Your secret sauce expertise is the thing you are really great at. It’s the reason people hire you over hiring someone else in the same niche.
This secret is what will differentiate you from the crowd and will help you leverage your unique qualities so you can become the top choice in your industry.
If you are someone who wants to move to the next level in their business this expertise will help you get there!
By being able to communicate your expertise effectively this will make others aware of what you are known for. When you properly communicate your expertise you’ll be able to rely more on attraction marketing. You won’t have to hustle as much and reach out to prospects all the time because the right clients will naturally be drawn to work with you.
I encourage you to ask yourself these three questions to develop your expertise:
Being able to answer these questions will help you market way more effectively to your audience.
You will also learn the reasons you are resonating with your clients. So many people don’t realize they already have their secret sauce expertise within their business. You just have to take the time to uncover what it is.
When you are focusing on your expertise you should figure out the times when you feel most confident and at your overall best.
Find the settings you thrive in the most, this can be doing live videos, events, etc. whatever it is, do it regularly.
Once you’ve found your expertise you need to continue to educate yourself on it. Find resources where you can grow your knowledge.
Use that knowledge to develop your expertise for your business. Just like anything else, practice makes perfect the more you use your skill the better you will become.
The best thing about all of this is you will be doing something that you love and that passion will be what continues to motivate you.

If you have been unsure on how to reach the next step in your business the steps I will share below will help you create a whole new aspect of your business you never thought was possible!
These are all such critical steps to take when you are figuring out what your next step should be. This will help you create a framework for your business built based on the things you do best for your clients.
Many times when people go through this exercise they feel like they need to change their entire focus.
They recognize the way they market themselves isn’t based on their expertise. However, before you make drastic changes to your niche it’s important to first find out where the urge is coming from.
Try to identify the reason behind why you are wanting to shift focus.
You should ask yourself if the change you want to make is something you are deeply passionate about. If you don’t truly love it don’t do it.
You should also make sure you aren’t just pivoting to make more money. Money is great but you are going to make yourself miserable if that’s your main focus and drive for changing your niche.
If you are someone who has concluded you should make a change, then do market research!
This change has to be well thought out. You can do your research in a multitude of ways. Some of the best ways are to build an email list by creating a simple free offer, market your new niche on your Facebook, or by sending out feelers on your current email list.
Another great tool to utilize for feedback is to ask your audience in polls on Instagram to gauge who would be interested.
Whatever way you decide to go, just remember that if you choose to pivot it should be to make you happier and more fulfilled in your business. For more in-depth detail on pivoting be sure to go back and listen to my podcast episode 65!
It’s important to identify what your secret sauce expertise is for the success of your business. If you can find what you are an expert at doing, this will naturally help you know what the next big idea for your business should be.
Your expertise should be something you are passionate about and something that will continue to keep you motivated. There are specific steps, and questions I had to ask myself to find what my expertise and next big idea was for my business.
You need to know what you are passionate about and rely on previous clients for feedback to figure out what differentiates you from others in your industry. I know this can be a hard process but you will be so happy you took the time to develop your expertise so you can take that next big step for your business.
And finally, as always, stay safe, stay healthy, and stay #PrettyAwkward!
I hope this post helped you see how developing your expertise can help you find the next big idea for your business.
