In today’s post, I’m sharing information about a really exciting one-on-one coaching opportunity that I’m offering called the VIP day, explode your launch in a unique way.
Even if you’ve never considered working with me at a higher level I still encourage you to read through this post because at the very least it can give you insight on my marketing strategy and the layout of my own launch.
When I first started out in the online business world I was told over and over that I needed to have a one-on-one coach to have a successful launch. While the coaches I had over the years played a big role in my success and were extremely helpful, they weren’t always necessary.
For so long I bought into this lie instead of listening to what I actually needed at that moment for my business. I should’ve focused more on finding out the specific kind of support or coach my business would benefit from the most. I could have benefitted from hiring a content coach, marketing coach, life coach, etc. instead of hiring a one-on-one coach for the long-term. I didn’t necessarily always need that long-term coaching experience for my business.
One of the main reasons I created my VIP day experience was because I realized that there isn’t always that need of a long-term one-on-one coaching experience. This VIP day is created for the person who doesn’t need long-term accountability and for someone who wants everything planned out in their launch so they can actually enjoy the process and not be worried about planning their daily schedules.
On this VIP day we’ll map out the launch plan as well as the whole runway timeline leading up to the launch. I encourage a 30-60 day runway to lead up to the launch so that you can build connection and trust with your audience well in advance before your launch comes out. When you can have this 30-60 day build up it will create more interest and attention on your launch.
One of the best parts of the VIP day is that you will be creating a launch structure that will still allow for moments of inspiration and creativity. There is so much more flexibility in structure than you realize and when you don’t have the pressure to create content daily and you have a plan already mapped out you will be able to have creative moments without the pressure.
Something I see often is people marketing their offer to a client but they aren’t meeting the client where they are in their customer journey. When your marketing doesn’t coincide with where the client is, they won’t take part in your offer because they may be two steps behind or two steps ahead of your marketing. This stops the client from seeing your offer as the answer to their needs or pain points.
This happens so often in the online business world so it’s important to understand the logic and philosophy behind why people buy and when people will take part in your offer. When you can learn to market your offers so that they meet the client where they are in their customer journey, you will be so much more successful.
This is why I’ll be meeting with each person who takes part in the VIP day, for a 90 minute session so we can make sure we’re planning the launch so that it meets the clients where they are and reaching them at the right stage in the buying process. This is such a crucial part of the process, I want to make sure we do everything we can to get the right program at the right time with the right messaging.
For starters you’ll be staying overnight in an Airbnb or hotel and we will meet for breakfast in the morning. Going into the day you will already know the program that we will be creating a launch plan for. We’ll have our initial work session from 9-12pm, where we will plan out the launch structure including the timeline ramping up to your launch which is 30-60 days before the actual launch date. We will plan out what goes on in each phase of the launch and the specific content pieces needed for each phase.
Then we will take a break for lunch and then we’ll go to the photoshoot where you’ll be taking photos that you can actually use for your content and posts. These photos will be so great because you can not only use them for your launch posts but for your branding as well! Once that’s done, we’ll finish up your content plan so all you have left to do on your own is create the content captions and posts.
Once the VIP day is over you will be leaving with:
✔ A detailed launch plan for your signature offer, step by step, down to what you’re posting daily leading up to and including the launch.
✔ A photoshoot with branded photos to use for the launch, and you will get branded Instagram launch content to use during the open cart period from my personal designer. This includes 6 feed posts and 12 story slides.
✔ A week of Voxer messaging with me during the week of your launch, so if you have questions or need any help you can reach out to me and I will be there for extra support.
This is going to be such a fun experience, we are going to work hard and get a ton of stuff done but still have a really good time throughout the process. I will work to get to know you as a person so that I can help you create a launch that will set you up for long-term success and make it unique to you. I want the launch we create to be centered around the uniqueness you bring to the table so that we can build an offer and launch that will set you apart from the crowd.

I have done quite a few of these VIP days but I haven’t broadcasted it as an offer before or shared the experiences with my audience. The VIP days that I’ve done with other clients have been so incredible and just absolute game-changers for the clients’ businesses.
I am doing a total of 5 VIP days from now through November. Currently this offer is available in New York, Southern California and Vegas, however, I love to travel so if one of these places wouldn’t work for you still apply and we can see if we can make other options work! I am flexible. I do think it’s really critical to do this in-person, that is where and how the magic will happen.
The price of this VIP day is $6500 and that includes everything we talked about in the offer as well as a two night stay in a hotel or Airbnb. I do require either a 50% deposit to hold the spot and a payment plan is also available.
