psst! On August 19th my Framework Workshop is baaack! (Tickets are $47)

When you have a locked-in and crystal clear framework, it makes everything in your business so much easier to promote!

Join me as I break down exactly why my clients are seeing faster sales conversions right now, how to use your framework across top, middle, and bottom of funnel content, and why I brought in $189K in one quarter by publicly promoting only one offer.

Topics covered in this podcast episode:

  • Why your unique process is the actual product people are buying
  • How a clear framework closes sales faster (and without sales calls)
  • Top, middle, and bottom of funnel content examples using your framework
  • Why you should celebrate bottom of funnel content to get low engagement
  • How sharing my own framework helped me generate $189K in sales last quarter
  • Why confidence in your framework attracts clients for offers you didn’t even promote
  • How to explain your process simply enough a 10-year-old can understand it

When you can confidently explain your framework, you stop chasing clients and start attracting the right ones.

TRANSCRIPT

Megan Yelaney (00:02.196)

Welcome back to Business Not as Usual. You are the first person I’m talking to today. I’m recording this bright and early before I head into New York City, hopefully today. because I, you know, as I record this in real time, the well, this will be released in in a week. I like to record a week ahead. And one of the reasons it’s funny, I used to like way batch my episodes when I was working with a company that required that understandably, of course.

and there’s nothing wrong with doing that, of course. Like you gotta prep, you gotta plan, especially when life is life. But I guess it’s just like my brand. It’s definitely my brand. I love sharing in the moment things that are happening. And while sometimes that can be stressful in the sense that it’s like, we need an episode, blah, blah, blah. I usually have things backed and saved for those those moments. And it’s not the end of the world if you miss something. This is just a PSA. If you miss a week of a a podcast or an email.

Or posting. I promise you, like nothing’s gonna break in your business. No one’s gonna hate you. Promise that. Anywho, I love to share some like in the moment stuff that’s going on because I just find it so impacts like the proof of my process. Or it’s like, my gosh, see, like this thing that I’m gonna be helping you with in this class or this event or my program or whatever is playing out in real time. So that’s just an aside, like

We’re gonna get right into it. I’m like, all right, let’s go. I really one thing that I want you to just start to do, and I want I think you should write this down, is I want you to start to go through your week and go, okay, how is the process that I use with clients literally helping me in my day to day get over, get through a struggle that I have. So you’re going through your day and it’s something that like it’s so automatic to you. It’s a struggle that just because you know you’ve

had a transformation doesn’t mean you don’t still have, right? Let’s say you’re a parenting coach. You still have kids that are gonna be kids. So you’re gonna, you know, deal with the same problems that your ideal clients do. But the difference is you have a process that can easily solve it. So start to write down those moments. Go, my kid did this this morning, but instead of spiraling and going out, you know, out of control, I was able to use a tool from the second part of my program.

Megan Yelaney (02:20.788)

And really mitigate the tantrum and blah blah blah, all that stuff as just a specific example. Start to literally write that out every day. Like use this week. If you’re listening to this on a Monday, if you’re listening to this later on, whenever you want to start for seven days in a row, I want you to write down your entire, like set alarms and go throughout your day and go, okay, here was a moment, here was a moment, here was a moment that I don’t even think about how I naturally just that’s not a problem for me anymore because I have XYZ tool. The amount of

moment stories that you’re gonna have is gonna be wild. Now, if you are in the camp where you’re like, that’s cool, Meg, but I I’m not my ideal client or I I was, but like it doesn’t apply to me anymore. I have a specific client exact actually two specific clients I’m thinking of right now. One, they’re a duo team, they help divorced families like co-parent effectively. They’re not divorced, so they don’t actually like deal with what their clients did. They are they’ve been therapists for years and years and years.

and child psychologists and working with so many people in in that way. And so they have such hands-on experience, but they haven’t personally experienced it, right? They have it from the professional lens. And so for them, it could be e client case studies that they have that they’re going throughout their week, and things that they’re just noticing with clients. And same thing with this other client I have who used to do used to be who she helps, right? She’s now a full-time entrepreneur, but she used to be

in the field that she’s helping clients with right now, but she’s not in a day-to-day experience with it. So instead she can go back and go, okay, let me rewind, go back to that time and like write out a day, a day in the life, because you can still so viscerally feel that when you really let yourself go there. okay, this is like such a tangent to start off because what I’m gonna be talking about, I mean it’s not a tangent, it’s very involved, is how my clients and why my clients see faster sales conversions.

with a solid framework. But I just wanted to give you a quick update before I do. because it’s kind of like, it’s just funny. It’s like life, man. Life, life. So my puppy, she’s she’s doing fine, but we might be taking her to the vet this morning because she’s just been like having stomach issues for the last two days and has been up. I’ve been up with her for about an hour and a half. It’s 6 30 right now. So it’s not like wildly early than I usually get up, but usually I’m like

Megan Yelaney (04:40.95)

working and I’ve already worked out by now. And I’ve just literally been following her around the backyard while checking in with clients. and just making sure she’s okay because she’s like trying to make herself throw up. She’s nauseous. So we’re gonna call the vet. And she’s done this before. I know it’s not like abnormal for dogs, but you know, just thinking of her and and we just get very I mean we get like this with our our human children too. But there’s something like funny with with dogs. I don’t know. They just

They can’t tell you what’s wrong. They can’t like verbally say anything. So it’s just like, poor baby. So, anywho, been doing that this morning, definitely behind on stuff. I’m supposed to go to the city. I’m still planning to go, but might have to like go in later than I planned to make sure she’s all good. so Mike can take her to the vet. We have a babysitter today in the morning. Anywho, all that to be said, like as I go, wow, I have to write my newsletter, I have to check in with clients, I have to record this podcast, I have to do blah, blah, blah, blah,

When I realize all my content is ready to go, all my content is done, all my emails are done, everything is set for the workshop. And when I look at why and how I planned all my content so quickly, and if I didn’t have my content planned, I know I could easily take something to promote my program and show my workshop that I’m hosting next week. It’s very inception-y because it’s about frameworks and I could show why people need it.

Literally, I could create something in 10 minutes if I needed. Now, I like to be ahead with content because of moments like this, but if I had to, I could. And it’s because I have a framework that I know how to explain and talk about. And I think this is like again why lately my clients are seeing even faster conversions is because when they’re getting into sales conversations, and I am going to show you three specific examples. I’m going explain three specific examples of.

Top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel content, meaning top of funnel, bringing in new people to your world. You want to attract new people. Middle, you’re nurturing them, they’re following you, but they’re starting to get to know are you the one for them? And bottom, sales, active launching, okay, saying, hey, come join my program, right? I’m gonna give you an example of that. But I am finding that the clients I have who are getting people in the DMs, they are closing so much faster in the DMs.

Megan Yelaney (06:58.362)

And even if it’s a sales call, they’re closing so much higher of a percentage because instead of just listening to the person, of course, where we which you need to do, they’re able to after they listen and hear their problems and hear their struggles, they’re able to go, my gosh, this is exactly the problem my other client had. And you know, in phase two of my program, I give you this process, I give you this tool, I give you this resource. And by the end of this resource, by the end of this tool, by the end of this exercise, you’re able to XYZ and you’re giving them what we call mini transformations.

You’re able to really put some tangibility to a very it’s a unique thing being a coach or a service provider who doesn’t have an actual product. It’s this thing you created out of thin air. Think about it, right? Whenever I struggle or whenever I get in my head about my business or like stress out about money or whatever it is, I think to myself, Megan, you literally created this business out of thin air one day. Like from your brain.

Your brain, there’s not a product. There’s no products shipped to your house that you physically open. It’s so freaking cool when you really think about it. It’s your brain. And that’s really what the product is. The product, I want you to start. If you take nothing from this episode except this like tweak, and this is why I have to record early in the morning because this is when my brain is sharpest. I want you to think of your

Product as your unique process. That is your product. That is the product you are shipping to someone’s house that they are imaginary opening. And this is why coaching and being a service provider can be tricky sometimes because even though people are very willing to pay for it, sometimes when there’s not that physical thing that they’re getting, they’re like, What am I getting though? And explaining it to their partner, like, here’s what I’m spending all this money on, right? Or even a little bit of money, here’s what I’m actually buying. It’s why when you have some

curriculum or exercises to print out, workbooks, templates, immediately people feel safer purchasing because they’re like, I’m getting this workbook, I’m getting this template, I’m getting this script, I’m getting this resource, I’m getting this workout, I’m getting this this meal plan I can print out. Like whatever it is, if they have some kind of thing that they can literally hold in their hand because they printed it out, it feels more real. It feels more legit. It feels like they can justify

Megan Yelaney (09:25.25)

Which for my mindset, my spiritual coaches, people who don’t have a lot of that stuff, because you’re like, we don’t need it. It all happens on the call. I completely get that. I’m not saying you have to have that, but you have to be able to explain what they’re gonna experience at the different points in the process. Even if you feel like it’s so unique per person, I promise you, every time I’ve gone through this exercise with people and I say, Okay, I know you have a unique process, it’s unique per person, so it feels different.

I want you to write down your top three clients, your favorite clients, three to five if you have them, and write down what they started with with you. Okay, they came in, what was their experience like? What did you do first, second, third, fourth, et cetera? And I want us to find what’s the common thread, what is the aha moment that a lot of them had. I promise you, and I’ve been right every time, there is going to be overlap. There’s going to be a through line, and you’re going to feel like, wow, yep. This is, this seems to be the thing that really is what gets people over the hump.

And even if it’s slightly different for each person, usually they go through a similar process. You just are kind of entering it from a different lens for each person, or they’re at their maybe say, let’s say you have a three-part process and one of them enters at phase two, one of them enters at phase one, one of them is even kind of going to phase three, but has to review phase one and two. You don’t realize you actually still are going through that process. You’re just skipping ahead for some people, or you’re doing a really quick review. So you’re going faster, right? But you still have that.

seamless process that you can explain. In today’s day and age, we need that tangibility. Your buyers need that tangibility. And that is why my clients are seeing faster sales conversions is what because they they have their framework, which everyone does, that’s not like new, right? You have a process that you you use, but they are able to explain it. And so when they can talk to their clients, usually in the DMs, but of course if it’s on a sales call, that’s great. But a lot of my clients are closing in the DMs this way. They can go, hey, I’m going to show you exactly

Where in my process I see us overcoming this specific problem you just laid out. And especially if they’re using what I like to do is a Loom walkthrough of your framework where you walk, you write out your three-part to five-part process on a Google Doc, super simple. And you say, here’s the little transformation you’re gonna get at the end of each part each phase that leads to this bigger transformation that you want. And here’s how I see you specifically benefiting from it. It is wild.

Megan Yelaney (11:49.494)

the percentage of people who actually buy from that because it’s like, my gosh, I can’t unsee this. Like you’re laying out my specific journey. And not only is that so it makes them feel so safe in purchasing because they can see it. But it’s also like, wow, this person just took all this time to like do this for me. This person took the time to lay out something specifically for me. Even if it was duplicated, they went in and put some specific details about my journey, my entry point.

That means so much. So that immediately makes them feel seen and heard and cared for and not like one of many, right? And so if you can lay that out, if you can very clearly say, within three weeks, here’s what’s gonna happen. Within six weeks, here’s what’s gonna happen. Within, you know, three months, here’s what’s gonna happen. And of course, you cannot guarantee this. And of course, you everyone is different. Some people are gonna speed up, some people are gonna slow down. We we make that clear when we’re explaining, you’re not lying, you’re not

Deceiving, of course not. You’re saying on average, here is what I see people experience. Everyone is different. Some will do it faster, some will be some will take longer. You will say that, obviously. You want to be legit with that and and not not lie about that process. But you can still say very honestly, here’s what most people experience. Here is the process that I go through with most people. And the fast and the speed really determines on you and your specific and unique experience within the program, right? So

This, I want to show you three examples of another reason I think my clients are seeing faster conversions because they have a framework is the way they’re presenting on social media. And so I’m gonna start with top of funnel. So I’m gonna use an example of a client, let’s say, who helps people lose weight postpartum. And the a top of funnel, meaning we’re gonna try to bring in as many people to her world, we’re just attracting them to her page. Three things I did to lose a hundred pounds postpartum.

After 10 after 20 years of never never being able to lose a single pound, right? And in the caption, she’ll the picture, the video will be be real real, her before and after in the video in the caption, she’ll walk through her three-phase framework. She’ll explain the first thing I did was this, and here’s the result I had. The second thing I did with this, and here’s the result I have. The third thing I was this, and here’s the result I have. If you want my playbook, my resource, my freebie, whatever the freebie is, comment below this word.

Megan Yelaney (14:13.972)

And and I will send it to you. Or I’m giving I give so many tips, education, advice to people who are in the same boat. Click follow to follow along if it’s just for follower growth, right? That’s top of funnel, reaching strangers with her story in a very simple to understand way. We’re talking to the problem that they want, but in the solution, right? Three things I did to lose a hundred pounds. They want to lose a hundred pounds postpartum identity. Okay, that’s me. I want to do that. What are the three things?

The three things are within her framework, her process. So that we’re presenting the solution in the caption, but very top level, because with attract content, you’re not gonna go deep into your framework. We keep it about them, about their problem. Always, always, always. You have to have to do that. You can’t be like, my, my unique distinctive edge process that you must follow to sign clients. If I was trying to get new clients, new followers from that, no one would give a crap. They’re like, what is that? I don’t know. I I don’t know who you are.

So remember, these are strangers, what’s in it for them? So we’re speaking to the result that they want, the goal that they have, or the problem that they want to solve. So that’s an example of top of funnel, but still seeding the framework in the caption. But not saying this is my three-part framework. These are the three things I did. Comment below. I put it, I put it all together in a guide for you, right? Or come follow. I have more. You’re not saying the name of your framework, you’re not saying it’s your framework. You’re just saying that these are the things you specifically did, right? To bring them in. Middle of funnel.

Would be like a client case study, and you’re walking them through your three phases. So it’s similar to what we just did, but instead we’re saying how my client was able to X, Y, Z, and then we’re walking them through the process. And we’re saying in phase one, this is what they experience, and then they did this, and then they did this. Now, even within this middle of funnel content, which is people ideally who are already following you, already getting your emails, listening to your podcasts, that they’re just getting to know you and trust you more.

You don’t have to do as much explaining. But even with this, I wouldn’t necessarily stress about what on the workshop that I’m running. wait, is this happening this week? As I this up, yes. Okay. I’m like, when is this episode airing? So if this is past the 19th, you can get the recorded version. But if this is what if you’re listening to this right before the workshop, I’m running a framework workshop on August 19th, and we’re gonna be walking through all of this, how to map out your framework, et cetera.

Megan Yelaney (16:35.256)

But one of the things that I do on the workshop near the end is I help you name your framework, put a name to it, it’s memorable. it could be an acronym, it could be a theme name, we go through that process. So you’re actually naming it on the actual class and you get a GPT to help you with names as well. It’s really helpful. but even with middle of funnel, you don’t necessarily need to use the name in it. You can if it makes sense for you, and if it’s a really clever name and it’s like intriguing.

But it’s not a hundred percent necessary to say the name so solidly. And the reason I mention that is people get so tripped up with this, they get so tripped up with the name being perfect. At the end of the day, your people just want the results and want to know like the process is something they’re willing to do. Right. For example, if someone’s like, I went on this crazy diet and it made me cut out every single thing that makes me gives me joy, separated me from my family. I wasn’t able to do anything with them because I couldn’t have anything they were eating or drinking or whatever, I won’t do that anymore.

People do care about the process. They want to make sure it’s not like something that they’ve tried that didn’t work before. So we have to explain the process. But you don’t have to get so technical and be like, and here is the, the distinctive edge formula process, blah, blah, blah. Like I don’t have to create a fancy name for every single stage stage. I could just describe what it is. And that’s why in the in the framework workshop, one of the biggest parts is mapping out your mini transformations and making sure how you’re describing it is very easy to understand. And that’s where people trip up. They use very

Glowy, vague, esoteric language that’s like no one speaks like that. What does that mean? We want like the simplest, like the you want to almost act like you’re talking to a 10-year-old when you’re explaining your process. Even if your people are super smart, which I’m sure they are, we want to make sure it’s like so easy to understand, but you still wanna be like, this is this is not something you’ve tried before, trust me. So it’s like simple and

This has been, this is why you haven’t had results. You’ve been missing this process in this order. Maybe you’ve done some of this, but you missed this first step, and that’s why it hasn’t clicked for you, right? So client, middle of funnel, client case study, walking through, but you don’t need to necessarily name every single piece of your framework. So when you come to the workshop and we do name your framework and your framework name steps, because each each phase is going to have its name and then you’re going to have an overarching name. You don’t necessarily have to have that in there. Don’t stress about that.

Megan Yelaney (18:55.704)

When you get to your middle of funnel. And then bottom of funnel content, launch week showing results that your clients get. And the let’s say you do a post and you’re you’re gonna show client results and the specific phases moments that they’re making the change. So this is where you can say, talk about the tools that you use in each of your phases, talk about the specific scenarios that your process really helps them with throughout their day. So they’re waking up and they have the specific moment that they’re struggling with, and your process your tool.

helps them immediately and it like de it helps them de-escalate their day, go on, blah, blah, blah. So you’re really mapping out very specific moments that they experience and how your process overcomes that every single day. And all of a sudden showing how that adds up to this big goal that they have, right? And so again, that’s very direct sales. You’re saying this is my process, this is the name of it. You this is where you can name it. This is where you do name the phases. But this is where you show here’s the phase, here’s the client results because of it. Here’s the phase, here’s the client results because of it.

Here’s the story, and here’s where the client used my process. Way more direct because these are for people who have been actively following you, who are interested, who have raised their hand to want to hear about your process. So you want to be very direct about it. Don’t worry, this is gonna get low engagement. The lowest engagement you get, that’s that’s not the purpose of it. The purpose is for them to go DM you, to go apply, to click the link in your bio, right? That’s the whole to go just directly by.

So do not stress about this kind of content getting less engagement. It’s supposed to. Top of funnel gets the most, middle of funnel gets the second, and then bottom of funnel gets the least. That is the purpose and the point. And you’re doing nothing wrong if that’s what’s happening. It’s supposed to. But you make the reason I like thinking about like your product, I want you to really think about what do I sell? What am I selling? You’re not selling yourself. Yes, you are the guide. You’re selling yourself as the guide, but the guide of what?

The guide of your framework, the guide of your process. And I swear, when you start to really think of it like this, you’re gonna be able to explain what you do so much more simply. And when people ask you what you do, you’re gonna be like, well, this is what I do. And it’s why it works. So confidently. Like, think about people that you follow that are you’re just like, wow, I they are so freaking confident in what they do. Like it is obvious. Even if you disagree with it, even if you’re like, that’s not a process that I would follow, I don’t agree with that.

Megan Yelaney (21:14.934)

If they’re so confident and they’re like, nope, this works and this gets client results. And here’s why, here’s XYZ proof. Even if it’s not something you want to do, you’re like, damn, there is something attractive about that, right? Because not everyone’s gonna want to do every process. There’s gonna be people who follow certain processes and strategies that I’m like, God, no, I will not do that. But I admire their confidence and how they’re making it really clear if you are for them or not, because that’s important too. We don’t want to attract anyone. We want to attract people who are open to our process.

This is something I’m gonna talk about a lot in the workshop. If you especially a great example that I’ve used a lot that I’ve had a lot of clients with, I’ve had clients who are very spiritual, some in a religious way, so they follow a specific religion. Let’s say I have a client who actually now she I it’s it’s she’s not an active client anymore, but we were together for so many years and she’s doing she’s a dietitian, but from the lens of of Christianity. Like she’s specifically helping Christian women.

And she references Bible verses in so much of her content and in relation to food and how God would want you to look at food and things like that. If her person is like, if she would a client comes in and she prays over them and that’s how she starts a session, if you don’t know that’s happening and you’re not comfortable with that, you’re gonna be like, What is happening? and feel very uncomfortable and probably ask for a refund, right? Same. I have another client who’s a business mentor.

And she’s also an energy healer and she does a lot of spiritual work. So she’ll bring out her tarot card deck. She will start calling in spirit guides. If you’re not about that and you’re like, what is happening right now? You’re gonna feel very uncomfortable. You’re gonna probably want a refund, right? Two different ways to use spirituality. And both, if you’re not open and comfortable with that, it’s gonna if you don’t attract in the right people, you’re gonna immediately have to give refunds. So these are parts of your approach that we need to make clear. It’s gonna distinguish you, it’s gonna

Make it different. It’s gonna really call in the right people and repel the wrong people because if they’re not about your process, you can’t help them, right? I say very clearly, if you are not willing to do the inner work and learn about yourself and go into your story and all of these things that I make you do in the first phase of my program, you’re not gonna you’re if you just want like a copy paste, here’s your content plan and not willing to do that work, you won’t succeed in my program. You should not join it. There’s plenty of other programs that skip that, that’s that part.

Megan Yelaney (23:39.438)

Which believe is the way to have the long-term results, but that’s fine, go there. I’m I want you to. Do not come to my program if that’s what you’re looking for, right? And so having this framework, it’s so much easier to create content and really show people why you are or are not the person for them. Because again, you’re making the framework the star of the show, not just you as the facilitator, but something outside of you. So it also, when people say no, it doesn’t feel as personal.

It’s like, they just like they don’t need this process, or this isn’t this isn’t a process they feel like following. Great, that’s okay. They don’t need to. They’re not for me. I’m not for them. And that’s not a bad thing. It’s just what it is, right? The other thing this helps you do, which I need to do a whole separate episode on this, is having this process is helps you not burn out in business because you are able to have one clear main message and not bop around and be exhausted. That is what I think about back in the day when I would do so many launches. It wasn’t

That I did a ton of launches. It was that every launch had a different message. It was a different program. It was a different main message. And that’s exhausting. It’s trying to come up with all these different angles and all these different things for different messages was so exhausting when I think about that. And so right now, one of the I just shared this in, I believe I shared this in the latest episode, but I also shared this in a post. I’ll just do a real, a real, real, real quick recap. But I did a recap of quarter.

quarter two. I was like, what was the last quarter? And how what my how my income broke down. And so I brought in $189,000 eleven dollars and thirty five cash. I only promoted one offer publicly. That offer specifically over the quarter brought me in $86,935 cash, which was my no no, I’m sorry. $73,580 and 30 cents cash. My my distinctive edge program from

April 1st to July 7th, that’s how much cash we brought in from that program. That’s the only program I publicly marketed. Yet I brought in 889,000 total. So if you do the math, 189 minus 73, there’s a lot of other income that came in outside of that. But I didn’t even promote it. So the other was my continuation offer. So people who graduate that program and continue on, my one-on-one, as well as my mastermind. And then some

Megan Yelaney (26:04.738)

like affiliate income and things like that. I didn’t promote my one-on-one. I didn’t promote my mastermind. I didn’t promote cut my continuation program. I promoted some of my low ticket offers because that led into my my main program. But that the only main program I promoted was the Distinctive Edge. The reason this was easy to do is I have a very clear framework and that’s what I talked about and that’s where I pulled my content from. So that even like the people who could jump right into the mastermind or jump right into one on one.

They saw the confidence in how I showed up and like very clear on what I do. There is something so attractive about that. When someone can be so steadfast and go, This is what I do, this is how I help people, and here are the results, and like not waver, not go, but you know, if you want this other thing, you can get this, or if you want this other thing, you can no, no, no. They want confidence. And this this is when people will say, Hey, I just I love how you’re showing up. Like everything you’re saying is resonating, but I don’t think.

TDE is for me. I actually think I’m more ready for your mastermind. I’d love to talk to you about that. Right? That’s when you’re going to get messages like that, which I did. And that’s it’s usually for higher ticket. Because the way you show up so confidently, even if in the back of your head you’re like, I might be excluding people. Guess what? The people who feel excluded because they’re like, I’m either before or after this phase are going to message you and say, hey, I know what you’re talking about right now is not quite for me, but I like have to.

Work with you. Do you help people at this stage before or after? Every single launch I do, I get messages like that. Every single launch my clients do, they get messages like that. I just was talking to a client who’s like, my gosh, you’re right. I just got a done for you inquiry, even though I’m not promoting that and promoting something different. And they’re like, I love what you’re doing, but can you do it for me? Right. So again, when you have a framework and you are so clear, it makes everything else so much easier to promote. It makes content so much easier. And

You’re able to bring in so many extra sales from other programs. And one of the other reasons is I’m able to so fully help people through that process in my program that they naturally want to continue or upgrade. Out of the 10 mastermind clients I have right now, eight went through my program directly. One, it was a one-on-one client who actually went through it more in a one-on-one capacity, and one just skipped right to the mastermind and is going through a sped up version of it right now because.

There’s certain things I’m like, we need to nail this down. I want you to go through like a really fast version of T V E because you’ve got a lot of the basics down, but there’s some things that we still need to review, no matter how successful you are. I find I had to go through that. Like, I still find we need to go back to your story. We need to nail down your framework. We need to map all this out. And even she’s like, we’re going through this right now, and she’s like, my gosh, like I didn’t realize how much more clear I needed to make my process because I can’t explain.

what I do differently. I just kind of you have to feel it. And while that is great for referrals, like, my gosh, you have to work with Megan. She like, I can’t explain it. There’s just like some magic about her. Here, here’s her number, here’s her email. You have to get on a call with her. If you’re a good friend, you’re just going to trust that person. You’re like, all right, I take your word for it. Let me let me set up a call with this magic Megan. I shouldn’t make that my name. And you’re going to get on the call and you’re going to experience your magic and it’s going to be great, right? Your client.

But you can’t market that on social media. Just trust me, I’m magical. I’m magic, Megan. I can’t explain how, I can’t explain why, but you just got to get on a call with me. That’s not marketable. Right? Like, how am I gonna I’m not gonna trust that? So that’s where the especially if you feel like you have that, you’re like, great referrals, I feel magical, but I can’t quite explain the magic. You need to be able to explain that in order to convert people and in order for content to be so much easier. And that’s the beauty, the reason I was able to have this great quarter.

is I was able to just go all in with those clients, get them great results, have them really build that trust and go, I want to go to that next step with you. Right. And that’s where the other offers happen. And so if you take the time to not just you might have a framework, everyone does, but really learn how to communicate it. It takes effort and it’s stuff that people want to skip. It’s uncomfortable. It makes your brain hurt. But I promise you, when you put in the work to do this,

It is going to change your messaging. It’s going to make content so much easier, but not only easier, actually work to bring in the clients you want. It makes sales so much faster and easier. You’re not, you don’t have to hop on a ton of sales calls as much as you used to and make the sales call do all the heavy lifting. I don’t have time for that. And I barely do that anymore. I will do calls when I when I need to and someone really needs to hop on, I get it. But 99% of the time, I am closing all behind the scenes because I have a very clear framework. I can easily walk them through.

I want that to happen for you, which is where we what the work we are doing inside of the framework workshop happening on Wednesday, the 19th at 1 p.m. Eastern. There will be a replay, of course. But if you’re listening to this past, you can still opt in. It’s recorded. I highly recommend coming live if you can. We’re going to be walking through during the workshop. You’re going to map out your process on the workshop. So it’s not just come and learn. It’s come and do the work as you’re learning. You’re going to get all the names for your phases.

The name for your framework. You’re gonna get the GPT distiller so you can start creating content to talk about it. We’re gonna go through a little bonus with attract, nurture, sell content so you can have content to talk about it. Like this is gonna be game-changing for you. You’re finally gonna be able to see your product as your framework and be able to really explain why yours is different than anything they’ve tried before. That’s the key to success right now. AI is making it real clear that information’s everywhere.

People want to know why what is different about you and your process. Why should I trust you? Right. Even if they’re not directly saying that, they’re thinking that. They’re just not saying it out loud. So you need to be able to solve that problem and answer that question right away before they even ask it. Right. So come to the workshop, go to the link in the show notes, but it’s very easy. Meganini.com forward slash framework dash workshop. Told you. Very simple. And DM me if you have any questions. I hope this episode helped. I will see you in the workshop and I will also see you in the next episode.
