My Story

Back in 2017, I was trying to fit in with the other fitness coaches on Instagram.  Which, at the time…meant taking “booty pose” selfies.

I stopped trying to look like everyone else and started showing up like quirky fun self.

Clients started to flood in and my programs sold out.

 I hated it. I felt ridiculous. It didn’t feel like me.

So I did something bold: I made a video mocking the trend.  It went viral. My DMs lit up...
