Why + How to Prove Your Business Can’t be Replaced by AI

AI is just another competitor to consider right now, so… how are you different?

How can you show that working with you is a better option than running to Chat or Claude?

Two words: Your Framework.

psst! On August 19th my Framework Workshop is baaack! (Tickets are $47)

I tested Claude on a client’s Instagram audit and what it came back with was giving such generic, basic b*tch vibes. It was hilarious and inspired this whole episode!

If you can’t clearly explain why someone should hire you over AI, that’s a problem you need to solve asap.

In this episode I’m walking you through three exercises to help you articulate your process, identify the human element that makes your coaching irreplaceable, and understand the domino effect of the results you create.

Topics covered in this podcast episode:

  • What Claude gave me when I prompted it to audit a client’s Instagram
  • The one question every coach needs to answer in today’s AI-ified online space
  • A live exercise to test how clearly and quickly you can explain your process
  • What you’re still using that’s killing your sales
  • How to identify the nuanced, human parts of your process that AI cannot replicate
  • What the domino effect of your work is and how to find it
  • Why coaching (with humans) is still what creates the most powerful results

Your framework is the clearest way to show why you’re not replaceable.

After you listen to this episode, I want you to make a post and I want you to say “how my coaching is different than just going to AI for _.” And, of course, I want you to tag me @meganyelaney!

TRANSCRIPT

Megan Yelaney (00:02.2)

Hello, my friend. Welcome back to Business Not as Usual. I’m coming at you from a very rainy, sad day outside. It’s just a little overcast, gloomy. One of those days you’re just like, mmm, do I want to do anything? But here we are. We’re amping ourselves up. I’m getting excited. I am actually very pumped to talk about this because I posted a video on Instagram a few weeks ago, well, like a week and a half ago from when I’m recording this. And

It was after I actually had an interesting conversation with Claude. So I wanted to test this. I was like, I know I’m not gonna love this, but let me just see what happens. So I had a client submit a review and she wanted me to audit her Instagram. And so I said, Okay, great, I’ll do my normal thing. Before I was did my normal thing, I said, Let me see. I’m just curious what Claude’s gonna do. And now I have done this for myself. I remember someone posting

Something, some kind of prompt. I’m forgetting who it was. I’m forgetting what it was, but it was just like, hey, here’s this gold prompt for Claude to analyze your Instagram and basically tell you everything that’s wrong and everything you need to do. And I was skeptical, obviously, but I was curious. And it was a free thing. So I was like, sure, why not? Downloaded it, went through the process. And maybe I got like one little analyzing feedback that I was like, huh, that’s interesting.

But like everything else, either I already knew or I didn’t ag didn’t agree with, like straight up did not agree with. I was like, well, no, that’s literally the opposite of what’s actually working right now. So that was very interesting. And I kind of expected that, right? But it just, you know, the marketing of these things. It’s like, I had a cloud analyze my Instagram and it told me blah blah blah blah blah. And it had me do da-da-da-da-da. And none of it was like stuff that works or that I know actually leads to clients, which is like the purpose of

most of the people I work with, they’re running an Instagram, they have a brand on Instagram to make money, to build their business, to bring in clients, right? And so that was interesting, but I kind of expected that. And so I was like, well let me let me just do this with a client. And so I plugged in my client’s Instagram and I said, hey, do a knowing you you are programmed with my frameworks. You are programmed with it has a lot of my frameworks and videos and lessons and my brand voice

Megan Yelaney (02:27.45)

lot of my philosophies already in my business brain inside of Claude. So I said, this should be decent, right? So I want you to analyze based on that. And then it came back with some, I would say like maybe two notes that I liked, two little notes that I liked. Everything else was like basically making her a basic coach in her industry. like sounding like everyone else. It was like the advice you would give to every single health coach, SEO coach.

Fitness coach, whatever coach. I was like, this is so no. And now I wasn’t gonna just copy paste that, obviously. I was already planning on doing my own process. I have a process that I do with this. I’ve done a lot of these, and it’s pretty quick for me. But I I was actually actually just like very curious. And so I did my whole my whole audit, and then I sent it to her. And I also said, Hey, I want you to know, right before I did this audit, I asked Claude.

To audit your Instagram. And what it came back with was just like comical. It was like the most basic bitch stuff that you could recommend someone do. And we were having a good laugh. And she’s like, you should post about this. Like, you should post about this. Cause this is such a great example of like AI cannot replace humans in every area. And it’s not going to be intuitive. It we want it to do so much work for us. And man, it’s like this is the part of where coaching and mentorship.

You need a human being who has that intuitive sense and who has this like, hey, I I just can feel it or I know or from all of my experience. Like AI cannot do that. It’s yes, even if it’s programmed with your brain, and sure, I probably could have spent more time giving it a lot of feedback of her and all this stuff. You know how much extra time it would have been more time than me just doing it myself. Like that’s what’s so wild with some of these AI prompts these days. Now, I’m not anti-AI. I use it for organizing, I use it for certain things, but it’s

Overall, like client work, my own marketing emails, content, it just it takes me longer. It doesn’t work. Like it doesn’t work for me. You could say I’m not doing it right, but I don’t know. It’s things are working great over here. So let’s just keep doing what we’re doing. And I think a huge part of that is you can feel the humanness. You can feel the real person behind it. So all of this to say, can you prove without a shadow of a doubt?

Megan Yelaney (04:50.668)

Why your client, your ideal client, the person you want to say, Hey, I want you as my coach, I want you as my service provider, I want to hire you, can you prove without a doubt why you are necessary above AI? Why they cannot do what you do? AI cannot do what you specifically do. And this is where a framework is so essential. Because if you cannot explain very clearly why,

your process, your method, and the little intuitive things that you do just so naturally with clients is the reason your clients get results, they will default to AI or they’ll default to something cheaper, right? Like that’s just naturally. So you can you prove your biz doesn’t need AI. And so I want you to kind of go with me here and we’re gonna walk through a couple questions, a couple things that I think will help you answer this at the end. And of course, if you have not yet, I am running a workshop.

Called the framework workshop. It’s really how to package what you do in a way that people go, yeah, I get it and my gosh, I need it, right? And by the end of this 90 minutes, it’s not gonna be conceptual where you’re just learning things. You’re literally mapping out your framework. You’re actually going through it with me live. Of course, you can go through the recording after, but I 10 out of 10 recommend coming live to this.

If you’re like, I’m a great coach, I’m a great service provider, but I cannot for the life of me explain why or what I do in under five paragraphs. It feels like I’m just like word vomiting when people ask that. That’s exactly why your sales maybe have stalled. And this workshop fixes that. So go to the link in the show notes or Magnelaney.com forward slash framework dash workshop. Pretty simple. Register, get your butt in there. It’s gonna be incredible. That’s in about a week and 10 days. It’s gonna be on August 19th, 1 p.m. Eastern, of course, replay will be included.

You’re watching this after the fact, you can get it recorded. But if you’re listening to it in real time, please, please, please come live. Okay, so you’re gonna get that done there. But this is why you need one if you don’t have it. If someone is like considering, they say, Hey, I have this problem. I need to I need help solving XYZ problem. I need help losing 10 pounds. I need help getting found on Google, right? If you’re an SEO person, I need help really strengthening my marriage. Like I feel so disconnected. I need help.

Megan Yelaney (07:09.958)

with potty training, right? Literally, that’s me right now. That’s what we’re going through. That’s we’re Googling, that’s what we’re looking up. Now, could I go to AI and type that in totally? And will I? I might a little bit, yes. And I am actively going to also go on Instagram and go on Google and look at other people who have gone through it, experts, et cetera, who who talk through these specific things. So when people say, I need help with XYZ, can you say pretty clearly what the process is?

That you take people through. Now, we’re not gonna framework a tize it right now. That’s what the workshop’s for. But I just want you to literally, I actually want you to pause this. And I want you to time yourself. You’re gonna pause this in a minute. You’re gonna time yourself, put a timer on, and someone says, Hey, how do you solve XYZ problem? How, right? You say you claim I can help your kid potty train in a one weekend, right? Amazing. How? That’s the first thing I

I’m actively seeking that out right now, right? So if I’m actively seeking that out right now, if I’m if I say how, what’s the answer on the other side? I want you to time yourself and just word, just let it word vomit. Just let yourself answer naturally. And you’re gonna not only time yourself, but you’re gonna record yourself. So a couple things here. You’re gonna pause me. You’re gonna have a timer and your voice recording going at the same time. Actually, if you’re doing a voice recording, that is a timer. So there you go. Just use your voice app.

I want you to record yourself. And after we’re gonna come back. Okay. Pause me. Go listen. Okay, obviously you’re back because you paused me. I wanted to like pause for a minute with you. Now I want you to look at two things. One, how long was it? Was it under 30 seconds? Was it under 30 seconds? If so, amazing. You’re closer than you thought. You’re closer than you thought. Now, listen back to it. So you might need to pause me again. That’s totally fine. And as you’re listening back,

I want you to ask yourself, am I using industry jargon that only people in my industry would know? Am I using industry jargon that only people in my industry would know? AKA, am I using words that my ideal client is like, what do you mean? So again, I’m gonna use we’re gonna stick with the potty training example because it’s real real time for me. If I I don’t even know potty training tool verbiage, honestly, I don’t I don’t know what would be in that world.

Megan Yelaney (09:37.57)

But for me, I need you to tell me that you’re gonna help my kid actually get potty trained as quick as possible with as little accidents and stress and crying as possible. That’s the goal. We wanna get the diapers off. We wanna get them going to the potty as much as possible consistently with as few accidents and cries as possible, right? We want it to be seamless, we want it to be fun, we want it to be as not as stressful as it’s inevitably going to be. That’s a that’s a tall, that’s a tall order, right?

I’m not asking for perfection, but like at the end of the day, will my kid be able to go to the potty when he has to poop and pee by the end of this? That’s the goal. So simple, so to the point. That’s what I need to know, right? If you say yes, awesome, great. Now, when you’re telling me the the how in here, when you’re explaining it, is it something that I have heard over and over and over again? Are you just repeating the same process that I’ve heard everyone say?

So if you feel like when you go back and listen, yeah, that kind of sounds like literally anyone could have said it, then I want you to ask yourself, well, am I being honest here? Like which piece of what I do actually gets my clients’ results? So when you’re kind of listening back to your rattle off what your your little brain dump there, did you leave out the part that you’re like, man, but this is like, this is really the sticking point. This is the process. This is like the part of my process that actually makes a difference for people. And if they skip it,

Ask yourself this question. If they skip this part, this is where they mess up. This is where they really struggle, right? So I’m gonna give an example of my own. I have a three-part process with my TDE program. And when I explain my process, I make it really clear that the first part of the process, that is actually what most people skip. They want to go right to the content. They want to go right to the messaging, the content hooks, the content banking, and just getting content out there. But if they skip phase one,

Which is where we define your story, your framework, your IDO client, your proof points, essentially your edge, what makes you unique and different, what’s gonna help you stand out as the person in front of everyone else that they have to choose from, then your content’s gonna just sound literally sound like everyone else. And it’s just a basic content course, right? That’s not what we’re buying here. Phase one is what most people skip. So, what is that for for you? This is where you’re gonna differ from AI. Because guess what AI is gonna do? If it was selling my program, it’s gonna say, in general,

Megan Yelaney (12:03.34)

We’re gonna find your uniqueness and then maybe give a little bit something, but it’s gonna say, like, what makes you different? And it’s just gonna kind of stop there. Then we’re gonna put it into content and then we’re gonna sell it. Well, if I just stopped there, like what does that even mean? Find your uniqueness. Even when I’m explaining find your edge, I explain the parts that make it up. Your edge is what you are known for. It’s something that when people say that word or that phrase, they literally think of you. They go, Megan.

That’s who does that thing that you that you want. She’s the person you need. You want to be able to have that term synonymous, right? That’s your edge. That’s what we figure out. And the way we do it is we combine your unique story, your process, your unique framework, the steps you take clients through to actually get a result, your idle client, specific things that they need to actually hear. And we merge those three together so that it’s you, it’s your unique process, but it’s also meeting the client where they’re at because it can’t just be all you and it can’t just be all them.

It’s this beautiful combination. It’s this trifecta that no one else has. And that’s what makes you kind of one of one. And you don’t feel like this competition anymore. Once you have your edge map mapped out, you fully and confidently put yourself out there, you experiment with your content, things start clicking, and all of a sudden it takes off and you start selling. Right. And so I’ve done this so much, so many times that I can rattle it off in many different ways from many different angles. Trust me, it takes practice, but

The reason is I literally right in front of me all the time, whenever I’m talking about my my program, I have my three-part framework in front of my face. Even though I know it in depth, I have it in front of my face. And again, this is where if you go on, if I went on chat and I said, actually, you know what? Let’s freaking do this in real time. In real time, I’m literally typing into chat. I’m gonna do chat instead of Claude for now. How do I sign more clients using social media? Let’s just see.

Let’s just see what it says, right? So the biggest mistake I see is that people try to use social media to convince people to buy instead of using it to qualify the right people and create demand. So if you’re an online coach, your social media should move people through four stages: get discovered, become memorable, build belief, create opportunities to buy. A simple weekly content mix could look like two discovery posts, hooks that attract new people, two authority posts, teacher unique perspective or framework, two proof posts, client stories, case studies, or behind the scenes.

Megan Yelaney (14:24.116)

One direct invitation. Explain your offer, tell people exactly how to take the next step. It goes on to explain how every post should move one belief forward. And you know, I don’t disagree with any of that. But there is nothing to show me, like, okay, this is all very conceptual, generic things. How are how how do I do that? How do I get discovered? How do I become memorable? How do I build belief, right?

This is where in my, I would say in my program, we give you the specific hows. And here are the lessons, here are the exercises, here are the tools. And then guess what? Here are the client results who have gone through this. This is where you clearly show AI cannot do it for you. Now you can piecemeal things and you can make some forward motion, of course, but it’s missing that human element. And that’s the second part that I want you to write down. So besides doing that first experiment with recording yourself and seeing the length, we want to try to keep it under 30 seconds. We want to make sure you’re not using that jargon.

I also want to make sure

Megan Yelaney (15:23.288)

That you’re creating a path that makes them feel capable to actually get the results. This is really, really key. And this is where you’re gonna really stand out from AI because you know, again, even what I just read off to you, that’s overwhelming for someone who’s like, my gosh, okay, where do I start with any of this? Right. But when you can make it feel like doable, like, okay, I can, I can definitely get through phase one and I’m gonna have the guidance and I’m gonna have the steps, I’m gonna have the the specific.

examples and tools and scenarios and I’m gonna have the exercises and the and the templates and the worksheets, whatever it is that you you give, right? Or just the sub the coaching support, the calls, the messaging access. Like when they can see that, they’re like, I I actually think I maybe can do this. So it’s not just like, yeah, you’re getting hired because you want to make money and get hired, but you’re actually helping someone truly. AI is not gonna help them. It can help them to a point

But like, who do you? This is this is the whole point of people investing, right? How many, how many people know what they should do, but don’t do it? Right? It’s there is something that happens when you actually exchange money. There is something that happens. And all of a sudden, not for everyone, but for most people, something starts to move. You go, okay, I’m gonna finally do the thing that I knew I should have done the entire time, right? And it can be very frustrating sometimes. It’s like, why the heck couldn’t I have done that on my own? But that’s the whole point.

Of having someone in your corner hold that space for you. So a big part of what you want to do, again, besides that beginning phase, is I want you to go through and ask yourself, where are the pieces in naturally when I’m working with someone? When I’m I’m whatever phase it is, again, we’re gonna map out the phases and the descriptions and get you really, really specific, clear descriptions of every phase as well as tools that you use. We’re gonna do all of that in the workshop.

plus a deep a GPT distiller so you can create some content from it. It’s gonna be great. But I want you to write out where are the the parts in your program or when you work with clients that people usually want to dip out or or like give up. But because you are a human helping them, whether it’s through a course, that’s okay. It’s still you are a human made who made the course, a template, a resource, a call, a messaging checkpoint that you’re there for them to talk them off the ledge to help them work through it, right?

Megan Yelaney (17:45.942)

I want you to note that where are those specific moments where truly they cannot do this without the human element? Think about that just naturally. You don’t have to have your process mapped out. Like you don’t have to have any all of that like organized or or labeled yet. But just naturally, when you’re thinking about your work with clients, does it happen usually after like a specific breakthrough, a specific point, like month one or two? Or is it kind of after they have like this plateau? Like example, I have a lot of health coaching clients and

Almost all of them have clients who naturally hit a weight loss plateau if we’re talking weight loss specifically. And so how do you actually coach your clients through that? Because AI is not going to do it, right? So how do you coach your clients through that? What are some things that you do? This can really show your approach too. And that’s where people go, I like that. That’s gonna feel good to me, versus maybe a different approach that they’ve had in the past that felt not very good and not very in a line with their values, right? This is all communicated when you can actually explain.

your framework pro your process, what you do, and why again, it is so different than them just looking something up. And just to go back at it as a funny, funny example, or very vulnerable, I guess, example with the whole payment. My husband and I have been in some sort of relationship coaching since 2019. 20 2019. Yes. And man, it is the reason we are here today. It is the reason we have our twins. It is the reason we are still going strong.

‘Cause it it’s been an up and down journey, let me tell you. If you don’t know our our journey, real quick, cliff notes, 2020, we separated for six months, got back together, worked through our marriage, went through the ringer with some insane, insane trauma in our family, lost his dad, lost my dad, had a miscarriage, then got pregnant, had my twin boys, and here we are. So life has lifed with our relationship. And we have had coaching and support the majority of the way through. but we did stop after we had our boys and we didn’t have coaching for about

Two years, I would say, pretty much two years. We didn’t have any coaching. And it was also at the point where we’re postpartum. So, you know, your relationship just kind of takes a little bit of a back seat during that time. And we know what to do. I swear we could like, we would never do this because we’re not professionals, but like we have we know that the stuff. We know that we have the tools. We could build a course on how to be a a good in good relation with your partner. Like we have all the tools from our incredible relationship coaches. Shout out, James and Angela.

Megan Yelaney (20:08.246)

I love intentionally.co. Also, we would never do that because it would be stealing their course, obviously. But like we know what to do, yet we needed to go, hey guys, I think we need to work with you again. And now we’re rocking and rolling again. After a few months getting in the groove, we’ve connected more. Our intimacy is so much better. Like all of this stuff started happening. And it’s not like we learned anything breakthrough. They didn’t teach us anything new. We knew we weren’t gonna learn anything new.

But guess what? No amount of chat GPTing was gonna fix that. We needed that actual accountability from real humans. We needed to fork over the money to go, we are saying this is important because we are paying for it. And where your focus and your money a lot of the times go is where your actual priorities are. And so that’s another big thing when you’re explaining your process is being so blunt as to why, yes, they do need to invest in this, why this is something they should pay for.

What is the domino of this work? What does it lead to? Especially, especially if you do something that’s a little bit more mindset based or life coaching style based, right? relationship coaching is a little bit more so, but like us prioritizing our marriage versus going, well, you know, we’ll just we’ll find the connection when we can, literally makes us happier together, makes us show up in front of our boys in such a more important way. We’re modeling a good relationship.

And it’s keeping us together. It’s keeping our relationships strong so that we stay a unit for them long term, as well as of course for us. But like the domino is the example we’re setting for our kids. And that’s just literally staying together, right? And so it’s huge. The domino is huge. So that’s like a third assignment for you is I want you to write down what is the domino effect of the work that you do. That’s gonna be the after, right? So we already talked a little bit about.

Getting really, really clear on a very simply stated result that you help them with, not using that industry jargon, trying to keep it down to 30 seconds. That’s the before. The after is what’s the domino? What’s the result that they get, and then what happens because of that. And then the middle, the bridge, that’s your process, that’s your how. And the reason you need to also distinguish yourself from AI is because it’s it’s AI and everyone else in your industry, right? AI is just another competitor to consider. It’s a legit competitor right now, it is.

Megan Yelaney (22:26.38)

And so how are you different? I want you to literally, after you do this framework workshop, I want you to make a post and I want you to say how my coaching is different than just going to AI for whatever your industry topic is, weight loss, SEO, business coaching, money maintenance, financial advice, whatever it is, right? I want you to actually make that kind of post. And so if you can’t like very confidently say that, that’s gonna be a problem, right? And when you can just make a post, pin it to the top.

have it as a as a like a regular repeated thing that you put out there, that is so essential right now because people are going to it. They are going to it. It’s natural. Everyone is, like well, not everyone, but most people are going to it. And so if you can say specifically why your nuanced approach and the way you do this is different than AI and everyone else that they’ve tried, that’s going to give them that confidence to actually take a chance because they’ve most people have tried to solve their problem before, right? Whether free or paid, they’ve tried and it hasn’t worked.

And so they might hear if you go to AI to try to figure out your framework, right? They might you might map something on and go, okay, here’s here’s how I help people. It’s like, I’ve heard that before. I’ve tried that before. They need to hear your nuanced approach. How is it slightly different? What is a part of your process that most people don’t do and that AI definitely doesn’t do? Or it could even be your unique approach. So one example, I have a client right now who she uses Marco Polo to communicate with her clients. And it’s not like Marco Polo is, you know.

unique. I mean, I’m sure a lot of people might use that. But the way in which she uses it, her client retention is crazy high. And her client results are ridiculous because she is so there checking in on them all the time, face to face. Like, hey, yo, did you get your steps in? Hey, yo, did you drink your water today? Like she’s, I’m not letting you go. I’m not letting you hide. I am here. I am gonna be in your face. And that’s why this works, right? They feel so

Held accountable, so loved. It’s not an attack. It’s not an annoyance. It’s like, my gosh, this person really cares. And like, I can’t let them down. And I can’t let myself down, right? So it’s kind of that double-edged sword. And that’s not like necessarily a phase in her process, but it’s an approach that she takes that really works so, so well for her clients and they respect it. They love it. Again, that’s why she has such a high retention rate as well as such success rate. And so I really want you to think, what are those unique parts of what I do? Like, what is

Megan Yelaney (24:48.202)

Something maybe you do with onboarding or maybe it’s a gift you give a client or it’s like a way that you respond to when they’re stressed. How do you make them feel? Right. Something that I do with clients. We record every call, we send them a summary and a transcript. but they know like I literally treat their business like mine at many points. I will go above and beyond and map out certain things beyond just like a review that they submit. I will go double. They’ll send in their story and I will give them 10 other ways to share it.

Like I will really start to like think about their business outside of like the working hours and go, hey, I had this idea for you. I wanted to just run by you. Like I thought I I was in the shower and this idea popped. I literally did this last week with a client because I’ve an idea for her business popped in my head because I’m very in my clients’ businesses. And they love that. They’re like, I love that you just like care. Like you’re you’re just it’s not transactional. It’s like

It’s not that I’m on, you know, you’re mine 24-7, but you when things remind you of me, you go, how can I approach, apply this to their business, right? That’s a unique approach that I take. And I also another really unique approach I take is I know their life so in depth. I know their kids, their pets, their their partners, their travel lifestyle, what they actually want to do. So I’m not gonna recommend a strategy to them that I know they just don’t have the capacity or time for, or we’re gonna tweak it.

tremendously to fit what they need, right? Because everyone’s you can’t just there’s some moments this past year and a half when I was adjusting to my new way of working with, you know, a lot of a lot less time that I’m like, Megan, you’re literally trying to do f what you used to do in 40, 50 hours a week in 25. Something’s gotta change. Like you just can’t do it. Like you can’t do it like you used to. It’s very easy to go back to that. Anyway, that’s a tangent. All in all, go through those three steps. I want you to rattle off.

your your brain dump of how you help people it should be less than 30 seconds if it’s not come to the framework workshop if you’re using some jargon and you’re like would that would my client really understand what those words mean come to the workshop either way of course come to the workshop it’s gonna be super super helpful then I want you to ask yourself what are the what’s that specific part of my process that really is the reason they get they get really good results. It’s that nuanced approach. It’s that part that I bring that Marco Polo part that thinking of their their

business offline on when I’m not on right. What is that part that you know is like your intuitive way of doing things that it’s almost kind of hard to explain. That’s a perfect example of this. And then what’s the domino effect of the result your clients get? Like how can this just help them beyond even that main result? That’s gonna be just good use in marketing. Again, in the framework workshop we’re gonna map out your phases, your three to five phases, the actual way we describe them. So we call them mini transformations in my world.

So you can clearly say by the end of phase one, you’re gonna experience this. By the end of phase two, this, by the end of phase three, et cetera, et cetera. And we’re gonna go through the distiller so you can actually put your framework in, plug it in, and get content ideas and how to talk about it, as well as specific tools that you can start marketing. As like, hey, this is have you ever heard of this tool? Here is how I help clients lose weight in 90 days with this specific tool, right? So it’s curiosity-provoking kind of content, very, very

popular right now with hooks too. So we’re gonna go through all of that. Make sure you go to the link in the show notes. It’s Meganelaney.com forward slash framework dash workshop. Again, by the end, we’re going to have your framework mapped out. It’s gonna be 90 minutes. It’s gonna be a do the work on. So like setting a timer, putting on music, letting you jam and get it done for like 10 minutes, answering questions in the chat, and then we move on. This is not a like, I’m just gonna teach at you for 90 minutes. You’re gonna do the work on the call.

I am so freaking excited. Haven’t run this in over a year, which is wild to say. and it was just such a hit. So I’ve made it recorded ever since and just never like quite found the time to do it, honestly. I was gonna do it earlier in April and I decided to do something else instead. And I was like, no, we need to do this. This is perfect right now. It’s really, really good timing, especially as we’re getting back into the fall, and you’re just gonna have to be talking about your framework a lot, especially if you have a fall launch coming up, which most people do.

So go to that link, I will see you in the workshop, and of course I will see you on the next episode.
